We guarantee our customer satisfaction with each and every item you receive. If you are not completely satisfied with your order for any reason, please return the item within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. All refunds will be issued in the same manner as the original purchase. Worn, dry-cleaned, or used garments will not be accepted for refund or exchange. A return label will be included with your order.

Delivery Times
We use Federal Express (Fedex) ground services for our basic delivery method. Ground services can take from 3-7 days. Faster services are available via Federal Express Next Business Afternoon or 2nd Day Air services. Ground services are available only for the Continental United States and Canada. For Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S.V.I. APO/FPO, and other U.S. possessions, we will ship your orders using Fedex 3rd Day Air for the same basic delivery charge.

International
International orders are shipped via UPS Destination post office First Class. You will be responsible for any customs, duties, and taxes for your delivery. Delivery times will vary depending on location. Please not that some purchases cannot be shipped to certain countries and we reserve the right to await approval before we ship international orders. In some cases, this approval process may take as long as four weeks. Also, customs can prevent purchases from entering any foreign country at their discretion.
